Come and volunteer on Saturday 19th November

Could you help plant bulbs in our newly revamped rockery, or collect leaves to fill our composters? Or could you help plant raspberry bushes? Come and join Caroline our gardener at any time on Saturday 19th, between 10am and 4pm. No experience needed. All ages welcome. Coffee and cake provided. This is our last Saturday of the year before the winter break. Tuesday volunteering days will continue until 29th November.

Our rainbow potato harvest!

A very successful potato harvest was held at half term in Olden Garden. Families and children came along to dig up the potatoes. Several varieties of potato came up, blue, yellow, red, purple and white – a rainbow of colours! And everyone had a bag of potatoes to take home.

Open House and gardening day Saturday 17 September

On Saturday 17 September, our garden and woodland will be open to the public from 10am-4pm, as a place of quiet for reflection and remembrance during the period of national mourning for Queen Elizabeth II.
We will also be participating in the Open House Festival and welcoming all who wish to drop in and visit Olden Garden.
And, if you would like to do some volunteer gardening, come and help plant lavender hedge. No experience required. Tea and biscuits available.
