Volunteer and Open Days
Olden Garden is open to the public. Volunteer days are open to everyone, not just Garden members. New volunteers are welcome. Gardening experience is not necessary. Join us for coffee and cake/biscuits, make new friends and learn more about the Garden. Or just walk in our woodland and relax on the patio. Families welcome. Just drop in.
Come and volunteer on Tuesdays any time between 10am – 4pm. Maria, our gardener, will offer a variety of tasks.
Or come to a Saturday volunteer day – on the third Saturday of the month when our gardener Caroline will guide you.
Remember to wear appropriate footwear.
Our accessible toilet will be open.

A Magic Little Grant!
We are very pleased to receive a grant from Local Giving’s Magic Little Grants to create a wildlife pond. The pond will promote sustainability and encourage species diversity, using harvested water, with plants that clean and filter it. Join our volunteers on Tuesdays, to help create the pond.
Local Giving is the UK’s leading membership and support network for local charities and community groups. Please support Olden Garden by donating on our Local Giving page to help fund our meadow regeneration and biodiversity project. Local Giving collects Gift Aid on your donation and transfers it to us.
